Carlos and the team are TOP TIER!!! I was in need of last minute tire service and they did not hesitated to go above and beyond. With it being the week of Thanksgiving, I’m so grateful that they were able to get me in and out on the same day I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

I stopped by this tire shop because my tire kept losing air, and they quickly figured out it was just a bad valve core. They replaced it fast and had me back on the road in no time. The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere — friendly, honest, and professional from start to finish. They didn’t try to upsell me or rush the job, just took care of what needed to be done. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone — true 10 out of 10 service all the way around! HUGE shoutout to Carlos!

Honest techs who do quality work! I ended up here after another auto shop botched my oil change and they actually referred me to Tire Discounters on Shelbyville Rd. I had the pleasure of working with Ben and Shawn. Both guys were professional, friendly and honest. They let kept me informed on what was happening with my vehicle (needed a new part since the other store cracked it during the botched oil change), presented options to me along with pros and cons and estimated charges for extra work I knew I’d eventually need done. When my oil change sensor was acting funky, they redid my oil change free of charge - and they even stayed open late to get it done for me. They’ve been so good to me that I’ve come back for tires and they even had some deals on tires! Ben and Shawn are gems of people. They are passionate about cars, realistic and do their best to save you some money. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Tire Discounters on Shelbyville Road in St Matthews provides professional, friendly service. Ben was the employee handling my maintenance today. I was impressed that he listened to even the small things that I wanted checked and followed through on them. The entire staff was easy to talk with and very competent. Highly recommend them.

What a fantastic experience today!!! I knew something was wrong with one tire, as it kept deflating, but there was something more that I was unable to describe other than saying "it feels off when I turn." The crew there took that piece of information and ran with it. It turned out my front two tire rods were soooo loose! My rear brake pads were almost metal on metal! Thank you to the whole crew! Thank you for your courtesy and for taking the time to explain everything, show me everything and then fix everything! Top notch experience with top notch people. Great pricing, too! Highly recommend! I will be back for sure!
