Our dogs were so happy to go to Springfield Kennels and didn’t want to come home. The owner is super friendly and attentive. She knows dogs. I highly recommend this business for anyone needing to board their dog.
We really like this kennel. The staffs have been stellar every time if not even better. My dog likes it... I think as much as being home. She's an old lady that doesn't care for high energy dogs, this place has a separate option to accommodate her and other, let's say possibly grouchy older pooch. With all seriousness, we highly recommend this place.
Our two pups stayed at springfield for the 1st time at the beginning of February for 2 weeks. I was extremely anxious about boarding them as my pups are my babys....and i worry about their care when im not around. My female is dog reactive and can be a nightmare at times.....but Lori, steph and Natasha were amazing.... They send me photo and written updates...and answered any questions i had. I could see from the photos that both my pups were happy and content.....and when i picked them up....they were in excellent condition and very happy to see me. We will be totally using springfield kennels again without a doubt and i could not recommend them enough to anyone who needs kennel stays or daycare. Thank you again ladies.
Our one and a half year old Aussiedoodle loves going to Springfield Kennels and we always have the comfort in knowing that he is well taken care of when we bring him there. We also love how they post pictures of his stay on Facebook where he always seems to be in his glory. They are great with him and would not consider taken him anywhere else!
