We hired Sproutbox last summer to manage our social media platforms and not only have they increased our engagement across all platforms by at least 50% (some platforms 100%+ increase!!), but they have made the entire experience FUN. I used to stress each week about how to stay on top of social media, between coming up with content, filming, editing, posting -- on repeat. Now I barely think about it because they have it under control! From our initial meeting to today, they have been efficient, proactive, organized, and current on all trends. They take every step very seriously (and yet are still the funniest people we work with) and it has been the biggest relief getting to relax and focus on the rest of our business without having to also manage social media -- this team has truly been a life saver for us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to level up their content creation for their business!

I started working with Sproutbox in 2020 and brought them a tough request: make the most boring subject (insurance) engaging. Lucky for me, they were up for the challenge! I had a very specific vision in mind, and they’ve executed it PERFECTLY time and time again. Over the last five years, I’ve worked on multiple projects with them, marketing videos, retention videos, Holiday videos (lots of videos) and most recently a social media strategy that led to a viral post(Schmidt_insurance_group)! Each project has given me the chance to work with different members of their team (shoutout to Peter, Zach, Clinton, Chris and my girl Kaitlyn), and every single one has made the process easy and enjoyable! Standing in front of a camera isn't the most natural or easy thing, but they make it feel less like work and more like spending time with friends. Networking is huge in my line of business, and diving into digital media has been a game changer for me! The content we have created together has helped me attract new clients, strengthen relationships with current clients, and opened doors to many different opportunities I wouldn’t have had otherwise. I constantly receive positive feedback from peers, clients, and prospects about the videos and posts we’ve shared. Putting yourself out there online can be scary and uncomfortable BUT the team at Sproutbox removes that fear. Instead, they make you excited to keep creating.
