One of my favorite places to workout in the city! I really enjoy their heated yoga classes and the HIIT water aerobics class. The staff is always friendly and the food at the cafe is great too.

The Spyre center is a great place for wellness, healing and fitness. Their cafe has healthy options available to eat. I tried the cauliflower bowl and the beets. Both were delicious. Staff is friendly! I took the Sunday Yoga Ritual with Erica and it was a fantastic class. Erica focuses on creating a class that is applicable for any levels. She focuses on breath work and finding a good flow throughout the session. Her knowledge and experience helps build a great environment for anyone looking to learn more, enhance an existing yoga practice or just try something new. I highly recommend her class and this location for a full wellness experience!

Had an incredible massage today with Tess. Booked the 60 minute “Spyre massage” for general relaxation and destress, but didn’t expect all the wonderful somatic work and energy healing that came with. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had because it was so thoughtful, considerate of the massage process and encouraging of dialogue throughout, and holistic. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Spyre Center has become part of my self-care routine with Kathleen's Wednesday night Candlelit Flow Yoga class (it's heated!). Not only is Kathleen's class wonderful but the amenities at the center are top notch. When I enter the building I'm surrounded by amazing plants and a nurturing, spa-like environment. The outdoor area is lovely with the beautiful pool and seating areas. The bathroom is comfortable. I feel like I'm at a mini-retreat each time I go to Spyre.

Had a great time this morning at Spyre. I took Brooke’s 8:30am heated Hatha Flow. I’m not a fan of hot yoga but the challenge is always good. I started to sweat after the warmup, about 20 minutes in. Her focus was on hamstrings and instructed us through a handful of hamstring centered poses but not a lot including a Warrior III, Standing Split, 1/2 Moon sequence. The center is inviting and aesthetically pleasing. The cafe and pool look like a nice way to indulge in self care. I wish I would’ve stayed to take a second class, Rogue Yoga at 10am. The young lady at the front desk was super nice and welcoming. She walked through the facility and to the class room. She even gave me a piece of gum bcz I forgot mine. 🙂
