The service was great. They got me right and no problem. I had a really fair price and they did a great job. I had all four of my TPMS sensors installed with my provided parts.I surely recommend St. Lucie battery tire.

Terrific service. I have lived in Sarasota for ten years (PSL before) and was happy to learn this was where the tow truck was bringing my car. Always a good reputation. Was on my way home on a busy Friday afternoon and broke down as I was getting off 95 onto 70. I spoke with John who understood I was under time constraints to get to work on Saturday. Was looking at getting car back on Tuesday (original estimate) and was called at 8 AM on Saturday to pick up my car by noon. Ecstatic news! Great work, priced fairly for work involved and parts that needed to be replaced. Highly recommend. Don’t go anywhere else!!!

Following a flat tire, I was towed to this location. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to replace both rear tires. The staff I interacted with were John, Mark, and Enriquez. Their professionalism and courtesy were exceptional. I recall expressing my gratitude to the staff, as their kindness made me feel like it was my birthday. After a short while, both of my rear tires were replaced. I will need to schedule another appointment to have my front tires changed.

I’ve brought two different vehicles to this shop on separate occasions, and both times I was blown away by the level of professionalism and customer care. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me most was their honesty—despite knowing I only needed a diagnostic and planned to handle the repairs myself, they still took the time to provide clear, accurate information without any pressure or upselling. On top of that, they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic since the issues were limited to the tires and front end. That kind of integrity and customer-first attitude is rare to find these days. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that values trust and transparency as much as technical expertise. I can confidently say this is the only place I’ll be bringing my vehicles from now on. I am very pleased! I took my car to St Lucie battery and tire on Bayshore and have been doing that for some time. This time there was an issue with a part and they were excellent at listening to me and hearing what I was conveying. They took the time and effort to fix the issue because they are honest and hard-working. I will definitely come back to them again because I feel like I'm in good hands with this company on Bayshore especially and I want to personally Thank** Mark Smedberg the General manager,** and the Shop manager **Dave Staub**... Both went above and beyond to correct the issue and made sure that everything was on point. Thank you so much
