We used St Paul Pipeworks to fix the way our dishwasher set up had been poorly done by another plumber several years ago. They were able to schedule the job quickly, and the plumber who did the work described what needed to be done and got to work. They also helped us out a couple of years ago with a shower connection. They’re excellent, we won’t bother to call anyone but them in the future!

Upon inspection, it was discovered there was no shut-off valve to the front yard faucet. Within 24° of my phone call, a St. Paul Pipeworks plumber came to my home to assess the situation and provide estimated costs. It was not an emergency situation, so he showed and explained to me what possible approaches might be needed. On return appointment the following week, another St. Paul Pipeworks plumber, equipped for the specific task, completed the job in less than one hour. In both instances, the plumbers showed up on time, were respectful, efficient, amiable, focused, and willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them and will continue to enlist their services for any future plumbing issues.

I searched awhile and had two estimates before choosing St. Paul Pipeworks. The owner Phil stood out, he grasped the problems fast and had straight answers. Their trip/service charge was also reasonable. On the job, his crew (one a family member) were equally fast and honest about the work needed. It is a big relief to find plumbers I trust to be equal partners in getting things working again.

The folks at St. Paul Pipeworks were superb: they were very professional, friendly, and communicated well, explaining what was wrong and how they were going to address it. I want to give a special shout out to Keith, who came in and did estimates with their upfront pricing (which was very reasonable), and Paul, who led the work on our projects and walked me through what they were doing, showing me photos of where the problems were. We had a replacement of a toilet that had gotten loose: Paul showed me how the installation had been subpar and how he was addressing it. And we had a complicated replacement of a sink waste pipe that went behind the wall and down into the wall of the room below. I am writing this several weeks after the work was done, the fixtures have been used repeatedly on a daily basis, and we have had no issues. We will absolutely use St. Paul Pipeworks in the future, and I recommend them without reservation.

We realized we were in the hands of capable professionals with St. Paul Pipeworks. They had us send photos of the two faucets that needed repair, then immediately ordered the proper parts so we didn't have to worry about that. Their work was impeccable. They weren't cheap, but we knew exactly what we were paying for. I'd use them again!
