My furnace wasn't working right, and Brian from Metro came out pretty much right away. He identified and resolved the issue quickly. He also gave me a lot of great advice, and adjusted a few settings that should help lower my monthly gas bill. He also stayed around to make sure the furnace was running properly before he left. I wasn't sure which HVAC company to use after my former HVAC retired. I made the right choice going with Metro Heating & Cooling and Plumbing, and will continue to use them from now on.

Working with Fred was extremely pleasant and professional. Being an older adult he explained what needed to be done to correct problem with toilet as why was leaking. He took before and after pictures. I will use your services and Fred again. He also replaced a shower cartridge.

Andrew was at our home to unhook and then came back to re-hook up our gas stove. He is a super friendly guy and very professional. He performed his job with great care, careful not to damage anything when moving the stove. Andrew tested for any gas leak, after the hook up. He also was courteous in that he called to let me know when he was arriving each time. Will definitely be calling Metro Plumbing when I need a plumber!!!
