We contacted Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys after seeing their "Best of the Best" rating in the Times to establish our estate planning documents. Hunter and his staff met every expectation and showed us why they earned that rating. The overall experience was professional while still maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. Hunter took the time necessary to explain all the different aspects of the process and answered all our questions so we could make the proper choices for our individual and personal situations. Recently my wife and I needed an attorney to set up a family trust. We had no experience in this area and Hunter Rawls was highly recommended to us by our stockbroker. We contacted Hunter with the idea to interview a couple of different attorneys. There was no need to do this. On our first visit we were put at ease with his easy demeanor and professional approach. We felt we were in good hands. Hunter was someone who listened to our concerns and responded directly to our many questions. He was very patient and explained the process in a way that was easy for us to understand. After our initial meeting to start the process, he provided us with a draft of our trusts and wills within the promised timeframe, and he responded to our follow-up email questions right away. We completed our mission to make a family trust that we felt comfortable with. During all this process, whenever we had to call, his staff handled our calls quickly and professionally. Everyone in Hunter's office was always helpful and responsive. All-in-all, Hunter and his staff made what could easily be a stressful endeavor into a pleasant comfortable experience.
