Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with and truly exceeded our expectations. We chose the 3-month planning package, and it turned out to be the perfect fit for us. From the very beginning, Nicole was organized, attentive, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to understand our vision and priorities, and she coordinated seamlessly with us and all of our vendors to ensure every detail was accounted for. Her calm and professional presence helped ease any stress we felt during the final weeks of planning, and on the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly that we were able to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. Stag and Lily is IT!! What a pleasure and relief it was to have Nicole in my life throughout the past year! As a Type-A girl, I like to plan things “my way,” and wanted a coordinator that would allow me the space to plan our wedding according to our vision, but also provide much-needed direction and handle all of the nitty gritty details and logistics leading up to and on the big day. Nicole did exactly that! Along the way, Nicole provided a comprehensive site for us filled with guidance, planning documents, and timeline information. I was so incredibly prepared because of her and didn’t have to research a single thing on my own! She was also available for quick questions and check-ins leading up to her official “start time” three months before the wedding day, and that was such a relief! Nicole’s expertise is undeniable. She of course knows the industry inside and out, but also went above and beyond to help execute our vision. She was always ready find solutions to venue restrictions, flexible with scheduling meetings, available and willing to chat about DIY ideas, and quick to provide clarity around contracts and vendor terms. On our wedding day, Nicole had everything running like a well-oiled machine. She set up all of the DIY decor exactly as I had envisioned, and I actually couldn’t even tell you everything Nicole did for us because I was just relaxing, being a bride. I owe that to her! Nicole, Matt, and Hannah are so kind and spectacular - exceptional is their collective middle name. I could go on and on. The bottom line is, if you’re planning a wedding, you need to hire Stag and Lily!
We couldn’t have had a better experience working with Stag & Lily for my wedding! We did a 3-month event coordination, and it was the best decision we could have made. Nicole was both extremely knowledgeable and so kind to work with. She was always there to answer my questions and to offer advice leading up to the big day, and was especially helpful reminding me of details I didn’t even know to consider. On our actual wedding weekend, Nicole and her team ensured everything went smoothly so my husband and I could simply enjoy our entire day with each other, friends, and family.
We enjoyed working with Nicole at Stag & Lily over the weekend. Her organization made our job easy, and we were able to easily knock out setup, despite the crazy heat. Highly recommend!
No wedding is perfect, although ours was pretty close, and I genuinely believe that was due to Nicole being our wedding coordinator. I cannot recommend her enough. Nicole may be the most organized person I’ve ever met and she made the planning process so easy. I felt prepared for everything because of all of the planning documents she provided. We had rain on our wedding day and Nicole was able to implement a rain plan that worked so well I did not I feel like I missed out on anything due to the weather. It was so nice to be able to enjoy my day, knowing everything was taken care of. I would work with Nicole again in a heartbeat and I hope I get the opportunity in the future.
