Had these delivered for my birthday Friday 10th April and took them from hand tied box on Monday phoned shop to complain apparently you should remove the flowers as soon as they are delivered and put them in a vase as per the shop’s instructions so what is the point of the hand tie and extra expensive pure quality flowers as per pics this is the second time this florist has been used before and the same happend but didn’t complain as it felt ungrateful for the gift I received however my son didn’t know that I had a bad experience in the past or o would have advised him not to use , Roses all Wilted and Chrysants leaves falling , please don’t waste your money thanks when contacted shop was offered a bunch of flowers delivered i refused as I don’t want more horrible flowers please be aware this shop does not sell fresh organic food etc simply bought from a cash and carry as per experience, save your money go elsewhere

Highly satisfied with recent service. First time I have used this company. Stunning flowers and excellent communication, going above and beyond I would say. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Extremely disappointed by the service. My husband requested a special Valentine’s bouquet for me with pink roses and hydrangeas, and requested at least 10 roses. What he picked up yesterday was far from what was requested. Being short on time, he paid £85 for this bouquet despite being disappointed. I awoke this morning to receiving this bouquet with the hydrangeas fully wilted and dead as well as the foliage. Having received much more beautiful bouquets at a much more reasonable price, we called and spoke to the owner who was extremely unhelpful. I explained the disappointment at the quality of the flowers, having wilted only 12 hours after collection, and the lack of the requested roses (both colour and quantity) - see attached photo. My husband initially spoke and was offered a change of the hydrangeas only when new stock comes in on Wednesday. He explained this is unacceptable as it was for Valentine’s Day, at which point I took the phone and discussed the situation, stating we would bring the bouquet back and discuss our options. We went back in, at the expense of our own time, and the owner couldn’t be less interested. No apology was given for the poor service or waste of time. She simply offered we could pick something else or she could replace some of the hydrangeas but did not have enough to replace all. A full refund was not an option. Having wasted enough energy, I opted to pick a very mediocre bouquet of 12 red roses for £69 (terrible value for money) and the remaining £16 was handed to us in change. Will never go here again and would never recommend. Avoid.

they sent me cheap supermarket flowers that looked nothing like the pictures I ordered and they cost 83£ plus delivery. Would avoid. I have attached the image I ordered vs what arrived 🙄
