Brilliant service! Took the trouble to practically empty their van to get me the fresh figs I needed. And beautiful figs they were too.

WARNING ask the price BEFORE you order Live local so buy local. Went in and ordered 2 thistle buttonholes for a wedding. Stupidly didn't ask the price in advance. When I collected them I was stunned to be told they were £13 each. Guess they figure if you don't ask the price and it's for a wedding then it's open day on pricing. Simple thistle head with green tape and a pin. Asked the other guys at the wedding what they had paid and it was about £5 or £6 but one guy did say he paid £8.

I bought some Eucalyptus and Gypsophila last Saturday (25th October) and the bunch was fairly pricey (£25) but I wanted to treat myself. The lady who served me was polite and wrapped them up nicely, she mentioned they would last 2 weeks and then I could turn them upside down and dry them out. By Wednesday (29th) the petals had completely dried and were falling off despite being sat in clean water. Really disappointed to have spent £25 for less than 5 days

We ordered a Teddy bear wreath and named ribbon from this florist for the funeral of our great grandson lucas . The cost of this was £230 , so we had high expectations that this would be a quality item for the money we spent . When I went to pick it up I was really disappointed with what we got for our money . The blue ribbon with his name on it was unacceptable , the letter "u " was made by patching 2 other letters together . The explanation I got was she didn't have that letter "u" and that was the best she could do . I told her it was unacceptable and looked rubbish . She offered me £5 refund in the shop I refused this . I feel as I have been ripped off in this difficult time . The florist did not offer a professional service
