They explicitly lie about their TSA PreCheck availability. I’ve tried three times to complete it here, multiple times with an appointment (they say they also take walk-ins). It has gone the same each time: 1. No one at the TSA PreCheck area, usually a 5-10 minute wait to get someone. 2. A sign saying the “system is down” until next Monday. 3. An employee says, “The entire TSA system is down; it was working this morning.” This exact line was used all 3 times. 4. The most recent time the manager rattled off a long list of competing excuses and reasons, said people with appointments would be notified, but I was not. 5. After going to a place a few miles away this most recent time, with their TSAPreCheck working just fine, I was told by an employee that Staples doesn’t have enough coverage for the PreCheck machine and lies about its availability- if not altogether about its availability. Instead of deceiving a customer about what you offer, tell them you can’t do it before they take time out of their day to be both disappointed and lied to. Most people would appreciate that a lot more than being gaslit.

This Staples was super helpful without bothering my shopping. I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance by different associates. One associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the products. He asked questions to assess my needs and provided a good recommendation for my needs. He helped me walk my items to the cashier, and helped me set up the warranty for the product. This associate also assisted with searching for price matching options for the products I processed. I noticed they had a great print center as well as Party City supplies. I highly recommend this location!
