Unprofessional customer service at this location. I went in to return several items and was not greeted by the staff. When I asked if I could make a return, the associate did not respond and immediately scanned one item. I still had additional items to return, but it felt as though she was trying to rush me out. I was given looks that made me feel like I was bothering her. When I mentioned that I had more items, there was no eye contact only dismissive side glances. Although I was eventually able to complete my return, the interaction was uncomfortable and disappointing. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and have never experienced this kind of attitude before. This feedback is directed to you, Monica—please show more patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Customer service requires respect, even when dealing with routine tasks like returns.
I bought some office supplies here, printed some invitations, and returned some packages to Amazon. All services are great. All employees are friendly and helpful.
Denise just helped me print a few things at here and she was amazing! She was very sweet and helpful even though they were pretty busy when I came in. Thanks hun.
As a student, I’m always trying to stretch my budget. I used Staples for copying a big research project and grabbing some discounted supplies. The copies came out clear and sharp, and the staff even showed me how to save money by printing double-sided. Everything was affordable, and I left feeling like I got way more than I paid for.
Terrible service! This was my worst experience at Staples. I came in to print photos. One manager helped me choose the paper and told me I needed to format everything to 8×10 and put it on a flash drive. I spent over an hour at home preparing the files exactly as instructed and came back. Then when I came back, another manager told me they don’t print photos at all! I was shocked. After I explained, she reluctantly said “okay,” but immediately made up a new requirement — “we need a different format” — without even looking at my images. When I said I had done exactly what the previous employee told me, I got rudeness, ignoring, and refusal to help. I don’t know the name of the unpleasant woman who was working in the print department, but this happened on 09/13/25 at around 8:35pm, so management should know exactly who it was. I called the supervisor Anthony. He said “yes, we can print,” but again added, “only in another format.” When I asked how to fix the files, I was completely ignored. The employee disappeared, and the store manager Tony ignored us entirely and walked away. I wasted nearly 3 hours driving and preparing files and still left without printed photos. This is not just bad service — it’s complete disrespect for customers. Avoid this store if you value your time and nerves!
