The associates at 7551 Freeport are customer friendly, they assisted me in an online purchase. The customer service at this location is exceptional.
I ordered a sign for an event and was really pleased with what I got for the price -- the sign turned out well and the price was reasonable. Also, the person working at the print services counter at the Freeport and Meadowview Rds., Sacramento Staples at about 4:30pm on 10/16/2025 was really friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service to me as well as to an elderly woman who was there at the same time.
My experience with the manager in the copy center was bar none the best service I have had in a long time. I was very stressed out trying to put together funeral programs for my mother's funeral She was patient, reassuring that she would have everything taken care of and not to worry. She relieved all the stress I walked in with. I think her name is Elie . Many thanks for all you did for me

I received an email from Staples that there was holiday greeting cards 50% off special so I immediately took advantage of that to place my order for our Christmas cards. I had no difficulty placing the orders. That evening I received a call from Nancy at Staples on Freeport Boulevard in Sacramento and she said that our order was ready. I asked her that if our second order was ready as well she put me on hold and said she would check the second order was not ready but that they would call me when both were ready so I can pick them up at the same time. I received a call the next day from Tara and she said our order was ready and I said I wanted to make sure both orders were ready and she assured me they were so we told her that we will be on our way over there to pick them up, and I was very pleased with Tara’s friendliness And I told her that I want to make sure her and Nancy got special recognition for their competent work!
