I have ordered business cards on Staples website and picked up at this location twice now and both times I have encountered great customer service from Avery. She has a bubbly personality and seems to genuinely like her job and assisting customers with any print job that they need help with.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Staples store in Mission Valley San Diego to print my brothers' obituaries and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was, thanks to Andrew. From the moment I walked in, Andrew's dedication to providing outstanding customer service, as well as quality and efficient printing services, was evident, and it made my trip to Staples truly memorable. Andrew's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen attentively to my needs and provided expert guidance. What struck me the most about Andrew was his genuine willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless and enjoyable experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted immediately from everyone. They didn't have the L-shaped desk I was looking for but had lots of office chairs to choose from and other desks. I will go.back to get a chair as soon as I get my desk. Great experience otherwise.
