I've been coming here for years and the service used to be so good, very helpful staff. The last two times I've been here, although the store was not busy at all, the current staff is not interested in helping and is quick to brush you off. Just asking a question and they simply trow a scanning card at you. Forget about them ever asking you if the can actually print something for you or needing help with that. It's unfortunate because we are just costumers looking for a descent experience when shopping and you would think staff would like their job and be nice and helpful to their customers. I guess, post covid has changed a lot of people and attitudes. I don't think there is a reason to shop there anymore.

After a frustrating experience with the website trying to print a poster, I decided to go in-person. I was extremely satisfied with the service from the Staples associates. They were empathetic to the issues I faced online and extremely helpful. They definitely won over a customer.
