The only thing good was the sales pitch. My job should have been easy and fast for a pro. Design three fabulous headers... Failed to deliver as promised. Constant issues.... they cant log in, they didn't work on it till I started asking about progress, alignment errors, beginner mistakes that seemed like a beginner trainee was working on my project. I think they put my job with somebody from fiverr, but I couldn't say for sure. Terribly frustrating to be asked over and over to approve layouts with obvious mistakes everywhere. When I complained about it and asked for someone else to work on my project, I was called rude.. Then to make it really feel like a rip off, I only got a single header copied over a couple times... and now my navigation bar won't work right. Of course, nobody from Starfire wants to hear about it, especially Shawn who thinks I am rude. ...and even worse, now I get to explain to my boss how I spent a grand of his money for one header and a menu that doesn't work. This whole experience was awful, expensive, and frustrating.
