Such an amazing studio with great instructors and wonderful different types of classes. Highly recommend HIIT and harmony flow classes for both beginners and pros!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve tried many of their classes and every single one has been fantastic. From day one, I felt welcome. The instructors are incredibly kind and genuinely care about your practice and well-being. I only wish I lived closer so I could be there more often. So thankful for this space and the community they’ve built!

Starfit Yoga provides a wonderful practice and community. I always felt so cared for there and the instructors recognized me very quickly. The studio offers a variety of classes, and the vibes were great for every one. I highly recommend!

I'm so happy to have found Starfit Yoga! I love how friendly everyone is, the instructors are phenomenal, and the environment is so welcoming. I love the small class size and variety of classes that are offered. There are so many new ways to challenge myself and my growth and this studio makes it so easy to feel comfortable doing it! 10/10 recommend!

Go to this studio!!!!! It’s an amazing new hidden gem. It has a familiar community with teachers who also teach at Hot Spot Yoga-Neptune Beach but offer a different variety of classes and times. I’ve done both power yoga as well as restorative or yin yoga here. All types are amazing! All the teachers are fantastic but shout out to Nina and Linda! I started classes here through ClassPass and I am so glad I did! Definitely going to be back!
