I don’t have to worry about my car anymore since I took it to Starkys to service. Service is awesome the staff are friendly and even though I was running late to pickup my car the staff waited so patiently. I had lost all hope in car repair shops after my experiences with Chevy dealerships, when I happened to stumble upon Starky's in my Google search. I'm so happy I've found this auto repair shop. Jayden was my service advisor and he has exceptional customer service skills. He provided me with an estimate before I got there so I knew what to expect when dropping off my truck. Everyone in the front office was so kind and welcoming, my kids enjoyed the amazing fish tank! We are very pleased with the routine maintenance work done and it was at an affordable price too. We will definitely be back as this has become our go to auto repair shop from now on! We have also recommend them to our family and friends. They have restored our trust in auto shops. You can trust the team at Starkeys. We bring out work vehicles to starkeys for a few reasons. 1, There pricing is very reasonable. When our brakes needed changing, I checked with 4 shops. The big tire box shops were almost double their price with probably the cheapest grade parts. Starkeys was the second cheapest. 2, They have really good customer service. I have talked with Kai, Ryan, and Mr. Starkey. 3, They have quick service. Typically same day service for the smaller jobs. We need this as we need our trucks on the road. I read the reviews about Starkey's and felt confident that my 2008 Prius would be in good hands. It needed new wheel bearings and Jayden provided me with a quote I felt was reasonable. They had to keep the Prius overnight and arranged for Enterprise rentals to provide me a car. The service at Starkey's was impeccable and they stand behind their work for 12 months. I will definitely keep Starkey's as my main car shop for our family's vehicles. I would like to add that its partnership with Enterprise is so helpful and I appreciate two businesses taking care of each other, and not leaving a client stranded. Mahalo!
