They have been terrible every time but this takes it. I made a 12 pm appointment through AAA. at 1125 they call me amd tell me its 1.5-2 hours. I say, no, I have an appointment. They say no I dont. I call AAA and they say im still in the cue, if I find someone else, call back. I can't find anyone else. I wait 2.5 hours. No show. I call back amd they tell me im out of the cue. She won't tell me her name. The absolute worst people.

How can you trust an auto person who doesn't even know how to drive. Learn the basic rules of the road and stay out of the passing lane unless you are currently passing. Learn the basics of driving before you get behind the wheel of a 1.5 ton death machine.

Forget this place. They are only interested in large dollar service repairs. The rude estimator (Yun) blew me off saying he couldn’t repair my severely paint scratched vehicle. This after I highly recommended them for a previous experience and sent a lot of business their way. Should fire this jerk.

Had my car towed in for a transmission issue. The shop was clearly busy, which I take as a good sign, but it did take an extra day to get everything done. That said, once they got to it, the work was solid — no more slipping gears, and the car drives smoothly again. The staff explained the cost breakdown and offered options for both OEM and aftermarket parts, which I appreciated. A little more communication during the delay would’ve been helpful, but the quality of the repair was excellent.

HORRIBLE SERVICE- especially the owner of the establishment. Been to multiple places on the island but I have never had an experience as I had here today, shouldn’t even say experience as the interaction didn’t last more than 1 min. Drove to O’Sung to inquire about the possibility of getting a car safety the OWNER - YUN- was incredibly rude, completely dismissed us, and said “ we are the way to the bush for that” as he brushed us off with his hand. I understand being busy but the lack of customer service and his overall attitude are not the way to run a business
