I start all review with three stars. I see three as an average score, companies can earn or lose additional. 3/5 The Starlight Bowling staff earns a star for their customer service and friendliness. 4/5 The snack bar also earns a star for good food at great prices. Great hamburgers with fries for $9-$10. Drinks are $3 with free refills. 5/5 Management is where the Starlight Bowling Center struggles. First, they turn on the party lights while a bowling tournament is still going on. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful of the management team. I am deducting one star. 4/5 The final criteria I am going to rate the Starlight Bowling Center on is the management's courtesy to it's customers. Demanding that competitive bowlers stop their championship matches so they can move their bowling equipment to a different location that the management team had denied them access to for 2 days. For this I am deducting two stars. One for causing chaos during a tournament and second for withholding available resources until it was convenient for the management team. 2/5. I would ask the casino reservations manager to consider how many room nights that they could potentially lose from other bowling tournaments because of the lack of respect given to this bowling tournament by Starlight Bowling Center management team.

I LOVE this bowling alley!!!! $60/for 2 hours for up to 6 people including shoes is fantastic, but $75 includes a pizza and pitcher, which is $30 if you buy it there. Their mini games are great for the littles, all the kids 3-8 bowled for 2 hours straight! And we're so excited to see their castle get destroyed or monster develop. The staff is great, the arcade isn't horrible, and the food is good. Also cosmic bowling F&S 5-7 is a blast!

While I was there with a group clients who were bowling, I noticed that the snack bar was closed for 15 minutes two different times. We were on a time frame and we couldn't wait around for them to open up the snack bar, since we were paying customers, we were quite disappointed that the snack bar was closed. I understand they have to take breaks they couldn't have picked a worse time to do so. So we ended up having to leave the bowling alley to get to our next destination. I wanted to order the hot dog which comes with fries, but since the snack bar was closed, I wasn't able to do so. This won't keep me from coming back to the venue.

Best place to bowl in the Albuquerque area! Great customer service and good pricing. The snack bar is good and the shoes weren’t gross like other places around town. Also the lanes are maintained well. No issues with ball return either like a lot of places. Also clean bathrooms! Great for kids parties too! Highly recommend!

Had a good time bowling here last week. Place is very nice and clean. Up to date and very cool graphics on the monitors that show the scores. Also a plus that they were showing the football game! No complaints here!
