Todd and his team were great in addressing a difficult hoarding situation. They were consistent, coming when they said they would come, collaborative, and flexible as we worked in steps, room by room, adjusting our goals for what to do in each area as needed. They brought a badly trashed home from horrific to liveable (they would have gone further if we wanted- they were working within our request to be gradual in handling the owners' stockpiles of belongings). They were respectful of the elderly owners and those of us helping the whole time.
