Interesting concept. Food and drinks lacked taste. Caesar salad was great but it’s hard to mess that up. Steak was good - cooked well, hot. Cowboy butter was very pepper-y. Fries were fine. Appetizers were not great - the corn was a bit odd and the bloomin onion lacked flavor. Knives were cool but not practical. Overall, I’m glad I tried it but I would not go again. High price tag for the lack of flavor.

It's a cool little place but I found the food to be not much more than a slightly elevated Outback/Longhorn. I want to give it a second chance because the vibe is cool, but I don't know if I can.
