I used this firm for the past four years to complete an annual tax return but in the last 12 months it's gone downhill. I had to consistently chase for confirmation of receipt of documents, the turnaround was slow and when I complained, I was told to find another provider which I've since done! Very rude and unprofessional.

I'm very happy with everything to do with how my tax return has been handled (both my personal return and business return). I would describe Steedman & Company as Professional, Thorough, Concise & Friendly. I haven't really worked with other accountants before (especially not business accountants) but I like the way Steedman & company feels rather like a small family-like business itself, which makes me feel that there is a team of people there who know who I am, know what my business is, and genuinely want to help, rather than seeing me just as a client ID number.
