HIGHLY recommend coming here to rent jet skis. I took my sister and 5 year old nephew with me and all the employees were so friendly and kind to us. My second weekend in a row renting with them and I definitely plan on coming back with more friends and family. Great time on the water, so much fun.

My wife and I had an excellent time. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. We got our full two hours and didn’t have to worry about getting back on time because an employee can and got us when it was time. Highly recommend seeing Pittsburgh from this perspective.

No negatives at all. Good people, good skis, fair prices, what more could you ask for? Perfect for beginners and/or first timers. If you’re on the fence just do it, and thank me later 😁

Genuinely had a great time jet skiing for the very 1st time. Steel City Jet Ski was good to us. First, I called weeks in advance to gather more information about the process of renting the jet ski. Craig is the one I spoke to. He gave me all the information I needed and then some, and was very helpful. Fast forward to June 14th, the guys who helped us with our paperwork were really nice. I didn’t have my wet suit on, and they kindly gave me a safe place to change even though they didn’t have a restroom/changing area for guest. So it was nice of them to give me a place to change. I don’t recall the name of the young man who did our briefing, he is one of the co-founders, but he was very polite and gave good instructions. Ben was the guy who went out on the water with us. He helped us remember the rules on the water, and helped me when I sucked up some debris. They also allowed us to go out a few minutes early since we were able to get everything done early. There was one more young man who helped us dock after our time, and he was helpful as well. I never got his make. Overall, it was a great experience. It was safe and fun, and I would absolutely rent from them again. I highly recommend.

Absolutely mind blowing experience. It was the last day of our vacation and we could not have made a better end. The staff welcomed us and were chat-friendly, cool guys. They explained everything very well and off we were. We booked a two hour slot and were absolutely having fun exploring down town. The instructor saw that we had everything under control and let us do what we want for the rest of the time. Tip: Do the tour on the weekdays. That’s were you can go fast around the Point State Park
