Love Josie & Aaron!!! My family and I have been studying ballroom dancing at a different name brand franchise for a couple years. However, due to the structure at said studio, we felt very limited to growing to the next level. We were then introduced Step by Step from a fellow student. And we are so happy that we are slowly phasing out of the original studio. Josie and Aaron are such a beautiful dancers with such patience as instructors. Their primary focus is to teach you the right way albeit may be more challenging. We find the approach much more enjoyable as we are challenged and taught the right way the first time around. They turn you into beautiful dancers in a casual no pressure environment. We highly recommend this studio for all ages.

Beautiful and very clean studio! I study Argentine Tango with the very passionate Paul Palmintere. He has 35 years of experience in Tango and he has studied with many of the greats from the Golden Age of Tango. He is very generous with his extensive knowledge, and in his group classes he gives each student personal attention.

Many happy, fun memories at Step by Step at the old Tropicana location. Drove 3 times weekly across town for private lesson with my instructor David Fernandez and competed Pro/Am in many occasions. Friday night party was so much fun, practiced what we learned with teacher and fellow students. Owner/Instructor, beautiful Josie Clark is a very experienced teacher who has taught, coached and competed with many of her Gold level Pro/Am competitive students. This studio has the best male instructor in Las Vegas in Aaron Gilliland and the top female teacher in Josie Lopez with low cost individual and group lessons. I go 6 times a week. My wife and I love it!
