Dr. Marcus is wonderful as he explains everything to where you can understand. And his office staff wonderful as well. Even though it's only twice I can tell the difference. This feels great!!!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the most adorable and friendly Chiropractic assistant. Angie was amazing at calming my nervousness about coming in. Dr Marcus Bertolero is absolutely amazing. In explaining what he was going to do and how that was going to help the pain I’m experiencing in my body. I am beyond excited to continue treatments with Dr B. My experience with Step Up Chiropractic was completely WONDERFUL. And I will recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I have been going here for about 6 months now and it has been amazing! The front staff are so warm, kind, and knowledgeable. They remembered my name after just 1 visit and I look forward to seeing them weekly. Their office is clean and organized. Dr B is very competent and thoroughly assesses my spine each time. The adjustments seem effortless and I always leave feeling so much better. I have sent family, friends, colleagues, and my own patients to him and everyone is impressed! Will definitely keep going.

I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment and coming in to see Dr. B. Dr. B pushed my soul back into my body when I came in for my consultation + first adjustment. I was able to get in the same day I called and I am so happy that I did. Office is spotless, super clean. Staff are super nice! My neck, back and hips were out of line after extensive work and studying these past two months. I couldn't look straight before Dr. B adjusted me. The tension in my head went down drastically as well. I can sit straight now as well. Will be doing another adjustment next week! I am extremely happy that I came in and will be recommending to all my friends.

Brand new office looks amazing. Shayla at the front desk was very helpful. Doctor Bertolero did a examination and he explained everything perfectly. Just one visit and I already feel a difference. My husband and I can’t wait till our next appointment.
