Dr Heng is very patient and very professional. He looked into all my X-ray and MRI scan pictures before my initial consultation. I have already felt a big difference after two sessions of treatment. Now I am having ongoing treatment with Dr Heng and definitely will recommend him to my family and friends.

I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely feel Step-Up Chiropractic deserves one. I had been dealing with persistent back/neck discomfort for a long time, and it slowly started affecting my sleep and daily work. After a friend recommended Dr Xue, I decided to give it a try — and I’m really glad I did. What really impressed me was how thorough he was. Before doing any adjustments, he took the time to understand my symptoms and explain what might be causing the pain. The treatment itself was gentle but incredibly effective. Even after the first session I could already feel a noticeable difference, and after a few visits, the improvement became even more obvious. The clinic is clean, calm, and very well organised, and Dr Xue has a very professional, reassuring manner that makes you feel comfortable straight away. If you’re struggling with back or neck issues and want someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, I can’t recommend Step-Up Chiropractic enough. It has definitely made a positive difference for me.

I can’t recommend Step-Up Chiropractic enough! Dr Xue is amazing — his techniques are super effective and you can really feel the difference straight away. He’s gentle but really knows what he’s doing, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve tried a few places before, but this is the first time I’ve actually felt real improvement. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the whole team is so friendly. Honestly, if you’re looking for someone skilled and trustworthy, go see Dr Xue. Highly recommend!
