This was my first full spa experience, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Wasita explained every step so clearly and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I felt completely at ease from start to finish.

Updated below: I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at Stephanies Spa. I clearly disclosed my allergy to phenoxyethanol both in writing and verbally to the therapist, and was assured all products had been checked. Despite this, a product containing the allergen was used and I began reacting during the treatment, with symptoms continuing (and exacerbating an existing medical condition also) more than 48 hours later. I’ve added the photo of the product that was used on the day. The service also ended early, and I was told to dress and leave, only to be asked to undress again and stay longer — confusing and not relaxing at all. What made this worse was the lack of follow-up. I arranged to speak with staff member and responded promptly to her text message, yet received no call. I phoned the number provided and was put on hold, so I sent a second text, which also went unanswered. I’ve had zero communication despite trying to resolve this directly. This experience was far below the professional standard expected of a spa. I cannot recommend them based on what I experienced. Update: having had an unpleasant experience with a representative from Stephanie’s (possibly a marketing person who oversees google reviews) The interaction led me to request that all future conversations be conducted via email. I still have had zero response from a formal email I sent. It was sent to the general reservations email. I then contacted head office for their email address to make a formal complaint. My email to that feedback address also remains unacknowledged. Karen…if you are reading this updated Google reviews, please request head office to check their feedback emails.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I visited Stephanie Spa in Brisbane City for the 2-hour Spa Fusion treatment, which includes a one-hour massage and one-hour facial, costing $330. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly underwhelming and felt like a complete rip-off. Despite repeatedly asking for more pressure during the massage, the therapist continued with a very superficial touch — honestly, I think my kids could’ve done a better job. The facial was equally average and didn’t justify the steep price tag. To make matters worse, any feedback provided seemed to fall on deaf ears, with no attempt to acknowledge or rectify the concerns. For a high-end spa, I expected a much more professional and responsive service. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

Simply magical! We spent our anniversary at this stunning day spa and loved every moment of the experience. Walking into the French, rustic boutique style dressing rooms, the mesmerising steam temple, relaxation lounge, couples massage and facials, we couldn't fault the entirety of the experience. The staff were simply wonderful and we were so appreciative of the high tea we had waiting following our treatments. If your looking for a luxury experience, look no further. We have already booked in again!

We went to Stephanie’s as part of a romantic Bastille day. It truely is a beautiful place with great staff and service. We booked the Opal steam room for 2 which we could not recommend enough - it was stunning different beautiful romantic and potentially therapeutic in some manner I’m sure - and worth trying if you have the chance. Then we had a couples massage and relaxed in lounge room with champagne. Leave plenty of time with your booking to enjoy the spa outside or the lounge before or after your booking. The reception team were tops - there was big guy on for the day - that really was quite thoughtful and positive several times - as well Stacey - whom I thought was a real stand out for service and making you feel welcome when I was making the initial Enquiries and booking. If you feel the package is a bit expensive - I have to add it is - but my partner thought it was the most romantic date of her life - which meant it ended up being great value and a beautiful day. 🌷
