We've done 3 commercial retail projects with Steve Kramer and his team and more in the pipeline. Steve and his experienced team are always available for any questions/concerns through the peak of the project going through permitting and also continue to support during all through construction with same level of engagement, which is rare. They provide complete turnkey solution engaging with MEP and Civil engineering as well. Highy recommend considering thier expert services if you are starting on a commercial project.
