Anne screwed my parents. They prepaid potential tax liabilities, Anne never filed the vouchers then blamed my parents when they asked for help with requesting an abatement of penalties and fines saying they gave their paperwork 5 days before deadline. Yet Anne never indicated she couldn’t do their taxes on time. So my parents paid thousands in penalties and interest out of pocket to be met with a crap attitude from Anne when they simply wanted help. My parents love Steve & Barbara and have never had issues with them. Anne is a detriment to their business and a liability to the customers Steve & Barbara have poured their hearts into serving faithfully for years. My parents are too gentle to fight this so I’m speaking for them. Anne, YOU SUCK!
