Very helpful staff, who did not hound or try to pressurise, but offer a coffee. Gave lots of space to potter around and measure settees at our leisure, and yes we have decide to purchase from them.

What a fantastic place shop. Mostly importantly and why we ordered expensive suites is you are left aone to think, they give you full specs and have a fantastic range. If you need help I highly recommend asking for Karen or Fiona, who both provided us with great advice derived from years of practical experience!. This contrasts with Furniture Village whose idea of customer service was to follow you around the store and telling the colour dark grey was actually dark brown!

Avoid this company spent almost 4k on 2 couches and we issues with them They are not interested in doing anything about it Also beware they tell you it’s Italian leather but what they don’t tell you is the leather is shipped to china the couches are made and are imperfect

Been in and out of Forrest Furnishing over the last few months for bedroom/ living room furniture search. Staff always helpful with the right mix of knowing when to give you space & attentiveness. Karen in leather sofa section, Caitlin in fabric sofa/ chairs were all patient and helpful. David McLeod on the bedroom floor gave us excellent service and knowledge. All are a credit to the store. Huge choice of sofa’s and selection of furniture. Fantastic range of rugs and carpets. Recently purchased a suite TV unit and Rug. Was guided through our choices by Mary, so nice and extremely helpful nothing was a bother to her. Our first visit was simply to browse and measure again helped by Mary. Would highly recommend a visit if looking for ideas.
