Thought was going well, welp they care about the money and not fighting . They really wouldn't argue anything. My divorce was finalized in Sept. I'm still paying over on child support because Sterling never filed paperwork. I emailed my attorney at the end of oct-nov, and was told it takes a couple months. Still pay more child support than necessary. I called child support they said nothing was filed about the reduction.. Called the attorneys office and assistant left a message with attorney about it. Never heard anything back. They didn't finish the case or file the paperwork. I am trying to work through this on.my own now. I called and emailed attorney with no response.. Absolutely terrible representation I received . I would not recommend to anyone. Follow up: Attorney Jeff Hughes responded to this.. I called his office, and sat on hold for a bit.. I was told they left a message for him.. I have heard nothing back from the office that says they take these matters seriously for a few days now. I wouldn't hire this law firm to fight a speeding ticket. Oh and I was able to get all the facts and findings from the courthouse to give to child support.. I'm still paying over on child support but hopefully soon it is mitigated.. I do not recommend this firm at all, and never will.. I feel.like I was taken advantage of, I feel like I was misrepresented, and feel.like I have taken a huge and unnecessary financial hit due to this law firms lack of representation.

I was very nervous at the start of this process, but Ellen made everything so much easier. She was thorough, incredibly responsive, and truly had my back from beginning to end. She always took the time to explain things clearly, answered my questions quickly and made me feel supported and confident throughout the entire process.
