Riding an UTV on the Pismo Dunes was both exhilarating and breathtaking. The day was absolutely glorious. We appreciated the warm welcome we received while checking in at Steve's ATV, the ease of the shuttle, the efficiency of getting our vehicle at the beach, and the beauty of the dunes.

Riding an ATV on the Oceano Dunes with Steve’s ATV Rentals is a lot of fun and a great experience on the sand. It takes about two hours round trip to ride all the way to the last checkpoint (28), which makes for a satisfying adventure. The only downside is the amount of paperwork—you’re required to sign quite a few documents and consent forms before renting. Overall, it’s still a fun and memorable activity.

SHADY operator ruined what could’ve been a really fun time. They sent us out in a crummy 4 person UTV. The belt broke before we even got out to the dunes and they charged us $200. Put a damper on mood before we could even enjoy ourselves. And rude across the board. Plenty of other options to rent from and highly suggest you go somewhere else where they maintain their equipment properly. Very disappointing experience and interactions with staff when they accepted no blame and were all too eager to charge extra money for sending me and my family out in a poor quality vehicle. They don’t maintain their equipment then charge customers for their lack of professionalism. DO NOT BOOK with them

We walked in with no reservations on Sunday morning around 11 am. We tried one other but nothing available. I do recommend reservations. Seamless transaction and we had a super good time . All the staff from reservations to getting actual utv was excellent . Zero issues
