I had a fantastic experience at Stitch It in West Edmonton Mall. I met Olga, a recent immigrant from Ukraine, and even though her English is limited (which is understandable for recent immigrants); she was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to communicate with me and understood exactly what I needed for my blazer and jeans. Her skill and dedication are clear—great service so far!

The staff were courteous, efficient, and clearly very experienced. Turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality delivered. They do very good work. The staff are not friendly. It's the only store I can use for my uniform alterations so I don't have experiences to compare this service to. If you ignore the personalities, the quality is good.
