Lived here for 3 years. Things that break stay broken. Need light fixed on your dock their on back order. God forbid the pump to pump out the residents boat's breaks that is the on going issue. Not everyone there has a holding tank that can handle not getting pumped out every week. My boat has a 300 gallon tank, it's just me. But others only have a 50 gallon tank. They have enough people paying to store their boats there. The management company needs to get their shit together and see about replacing the 20 years old pump's. $145. For a pump out service to come pump out your boat. If management doesn't like you they are going to make it a point to not listen to you. The marina manager can't talk to you unless he has someone there to back him up. He doesn't want to hear both sides of the problem then help figure it out. No he isn't the yard duty person he isn't a Harbor Master he is a Marina manager that does a crappy job maintaining a Marina. I'm glad I moved to a marina where people actually work everyday other than driving as slow as you can on a golf cart. Worst Marina I've ever been to. Nothing gets fixed nothing really gets maintained look at the docks around the marina like behind the Ball Park or the Arena. If there isn't a event going on they are covered in geese and duck poo 💩💩. Water leaking from the power and water pedestals. The dock behind the Warehouse will have broken glass on it from the people at the bar throwing beer bottles on it.
This is where I come walk and look at boats and the water. 🌊 You never know what you will see floating down the waterway. I saw a huge Sea Lion swimming around the boat launches I tried to get a picture of it but it was to fast. The Marina is a great place to sit and reflect and meditate and say hi to people or ask people who are fishing if they caught anything if anything it's a nice walk.
I am the owner of the fishing vessel Pioneer. I can't say enough good things about my experience keeping my commercial fishing boat it stocktons down town marina . The marina is beautiful and very well kept. The people who work here are really nice and very helpful. I have been in more harbors from Alaska to California. This is very rare to have such a great place to keep your boat and know that it is safe in there hands . Nothing gets stolen, they are great at communicating, they are super helpful. Cheers to the harbor master and his crew . You run a great marina. Thank you for everything. Giuseppe
