I’ve been using Stone Oak to lease out my rental for a couple years now. I have used other management companies in the past, but this one has stood out for their professionalism and attention to detail. They perform a thorough move-in inspection with photos, set clear expectations with tenants, and have been consistently proactive about maintenance. Rent deposits arrive on schedule and any questions I have are answered quickly. If you’re a landlord looking for a hands off but super reliable experience, I definitely recommend them.

Best property management I’ve rented from! Communication was always quick and very sweet/professional. The couple maintenance requests I made were fixed immediately and very well done. The management is so nice… Maureen was literally a life saver a couple times when I called with questions or needing help quickly. I moved out of ATX, otherwise I would hands down continue to only rent through Stone Oak. 10/10.
