Today was our first visit to Dr. Patel’s dental office and I have to say everyone was so welcoming, pleasant and the service was great! I’m usually a nervous dental patient but he and his staff were very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. I’m so glad I found this office and will be continuing my dental care here.

I had such a great experience today! 🌟 Rose from customer service was super helpful in arranging the date and time for my appointment — thank you, Rose! A special thank-you as well to Oligaa, who was incredibly patient and explained everything about the deep cleaning process in such a kind and clear way. I really appreciate all the care and attention this clinic gives to my teeth. You’re all doing an amazing job — thank you! 😁🦷✨

I wanted to start off by saying that I refused to go to the dentist for over 12 years. I was scared and lived in fear. After a few dental problems I had I needed to come in for help. I want to stay the staff here is really incredible. Rose is very nice and helpful all of the front office people are amazing I just don’t remember all their names (sorry) you don’t have to wait long for an appt which is nice. I want to thank Olga she is incredible and really taught me how to properly clean my teeth. I’ve never had a dental hygienist take that kind of time and attention. Made me happy you are never too old to learn something new for your health. The dentist there too are amazing they are so straight forward and truly want ti help you have better oral health. They don’t want you in pain or suffering at all. They constantly check on you and make sure you are okay and have any questions. Everytime you call someone always answers the phone such a nice change from the normal business calling and have to listen to a recording. I can’t say it enough thank you everyone at stonebrook dental!

Every staff member I’ve ever interacted with has always been very nice but Rose and Olga truly go above and beyond in making this experience comfortable and pleasant. Rose is always so warm and welcoming that my boyfriend waiting for me in the waiting room thought she was a friend of mine! Such a nice girl. And Olga was super sweet and gave so many great oral hygiene tips. She really took the time to explain exactly what I was doing right and how I could improve. I used to dread going to the dentist but having people like this helping me actually makes the experience enjoyable!
