Justyn LeFebvre and the team at Strub are the best in the business. Justyn mobilized a team that did painting, repairs, pictures, advertising, staging and listing. His operation was so smooth, that by the time we listed, we had offers waiting. His pricing was perfect to create interest but also right in the sweet spot to bid up. Our home in Travis Heights was sold in less than a week and I still can't believe the final sales price. Side note: After staging, I considered keeping the house as an Airbnb, but the price was too good.

Where do I start? Justyn is everything I could ever want in a realtor. As a first time home buyer, we had a million questions and Justyn was always ready with answers, helpful context and background information, and market comparisons so we always had the full story.
