Mark truly did an amazing job on selling our duplex! Our property was a unique one, and he was quickly able to assess the best way to market it. As a former salesperson myself, I marveled at how well he managed us, the buyers, and the whole process. He truly took it all on, and we were able to be way less stressed and less burdened than any other real estate deal. In fact, after working with about 6 realtors in other transactions, I would definitively say he was the absolute best! Truly a gem. I will recommend him to friends and family for a long time!

Mark and the team at Strub are total rock stars! We moved to Austin from out of state in 2019. We didn’t really know the area very well, but Mark immediately got a feel for the kind of place that would work with our lifestyle and found a hidden gem of a house in a great neighborhood. After living there for 4 years and making a bunch of improvements we decided to move out of state to be closer to family. This was summer of 2023 and the Austin market had already started tanking after the huge 2020-21 price surges. We weren’t sure the place would sell because everything in the city was sitting for months. Mark’s team put together an incredible listing and did tons of marketing and open houses and got us offer at close to full price after only 2 weeks on market! There were a lot of hurdles to jump through with the inspection and closing process, but the team stayed on top of everything and kept the deal together until we closed. The Strub team is the best in the business and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Austin.

Justyn LeFebvre and the team at Strub are the best in the business. Justyn mobilized a team that did painting, repairs, pictures, advertising, staging and listing. His operation was so smooth, that by the time we listed, we had offers waiting. His pricing was perfect to create interest but also right in the sweet spot to bid up. Our home in Travis Heights was sold in less than a week and I still can't believe the final sales price. Side note: After staging, I considered keeping the house as an Airbnb, but the price was too good.

Where do I start? Justyn is everything I could ever want in a realtor. As a first time home buyer, we had a million questions and Justyn was always ready with answers, helpful context and background information, and market comparisons so we always had the full story. Extremely communicative and "on call," he was very responsive but also managed our expectations with kindness and humor. We had complete trust in him throughout the process. He's skeptical and discerning of flips, knows and communicates exactly what red flags to look for in home construction and design. The best part was making an offer - because he gets so competitive and fired up about winning.
