We were visiting Tulsa and were able to train at this wonderful gym as drop-ins. Lots of good equipment, great music, brilliant decor, and a really friendly vibe. If only it were closer to home! Thank you Will

24hr gym that has everything you need! Been going here for about 6 months and I love it! If you're not into the big box gyms and want to support local come here! -Peak hours (5:30am-8am) (4pm-7ish). Even during the peak hours you're still able to find your spot to workout and rotate through machines easily. I'm used to big city gyms where you couldn't get onto any kind of machines during peak hours. Pros: -Free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, squat racks, row machine, assault bike, friendly community. - Fans during summer! It wasn't hot at all during the summer workouts. - Personal training. I never did it but the trainers there seem very friendly! Cons: - Only 1 box of sanitizer for the entire gym. (Would like to see some near all the stations) - No dedicated zone for ab/core workouts. You kinda have to plop a mat in the cardio section or the kettle bells section. When there's people in that section it's hard to get a spot. Not really a con but be aware that the gym is still slightly under construction. He's building dressing/changing rooms so there is some blemishes here and there. But it does not affect your workout in any way! Lastly, call ahead and plan a meet up if you plan on getting a membership! There's not really a front desk that someone is at all the time.

I really enjoy working out at Strength Company, been coming for over a year now. Been to Genesis, Golds, etc., but it's not the same. Strength Company has a great sense of community and I'm always able to get a solid workout in every time I go. I like that I can hit all machines in my routine without feeling crowded. Will, the owner, is amazing to train with, and has always helped anytime I've needed something. New location = lots of space & every machine you'd need. Check it out.

Plenty of gym choices in Tulsa. Plenty of smaller spots with minimal equipment, plenty of clubs and bigger gyms with pools and saunas, personal training, whatever you want. I’ve tried them all. Strength Company is the best gym I've ever been a member of. A big part of that is the size, equipment selection, location, very reasonable membership pricing, and overall vibe of the space (which is damn cool and gets better every year seemingly). But the biggest part for me is the owner. Will is one of the coolest dudes I’ve met in Tulsa. Great dude with a big heart and always happy to help anyone. Don’t hesitate to check this place out.

This is such a great gym! It is never crowded. The gym has great equipment. Will Sperry, owner, is great trainer. There are a number of high quality trainers who use this gym. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
