We had an amazing experience last night! From the moment we arrived around 6:30 until we left after 10, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right. The environment was spotless, and the music was vibing. The games were so much fun, especially the bowling part. It was the best together with friends. The food was absolutely top-notch—definitely a highlight of the night. I couldn’t have asked for a better time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great evening out! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

I regret to say that our experience at the centre was disappointing. We booked a package without being properly informed about how the timing would work in relation to another scheduled event. This lack of communication made things quite stressful. The process of choosing bowling balls and ordering from the menu with children naturally took some time, yet we were still making an effort to keep the game moving. Despite this, staff continued to push us to speed up, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. Just as we had one set remaining, we were asked to leave due to time constraints. For a family-friendly venue, the lack of flexibility and understanding was disheartening. It felt as though the experience was rushed from start to finish, and proper expectations around timing were not set. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we would not return.

A nice place to enjoy time with friends or family. I am captivated by its unique and breathtaking ambience, which sets it apart from other places. Visiting in the morning was a fantastic idea, as there were fewer crowds, allowing us to fully relish the experience. The staff there were very friendly. However, for those unfamiliar with Chadstone, finding it for the first time might be a little challenging.
