We waited over 20 minutes for a soft drink while the bar was quiet. I went to check on the order and stood directly in front of the bar for around five minutes. All of this happened right in front of me — it’s not as though staff couldn’t see me. Three staff members were laughing together and ignored me before finally acknowledging my presence. When I asked for a refund, I was initially told it wasn’t available. I explained that we were leaving, at which point staff attempted to push the drinks toward me instead. One staff member then took me to the register and again said refunds weren’t possible, offering vouchers instead. I explained that we don’t live locally, so vouchers were not useful. The refund was eventually processed, but staff continued laughing throughout the interaction. I was calm, polite, and respectful the entire time, however this was not reciprocated. When I asked for a contact number or email address and a staff name in case the refund didn’t process, I was given a fake phone number. This is not about the money — it’s about the experience and the way the situation was handled. The entire interaction was disrespectful and felt discriminatory, and my concerns were only acknowledged and taken seriously once my husband came over. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Came here first thing in the morning during school days, the lanes are clean balls are clean, great fun way to spend the day with the kids and burn off that holiday energy.

Was told by manager that we should come back at 7pm for $15 special offer on monday. Came back an hour later at 7pm & was told the offer was not being honoured despite the sign still being at the front of the venue.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a fun night out! Stride Bowling Bar at Highpoint is the perfect mix of great food, tasty drinks, and a super fun atmosphere. The bowling lanes are modern and really well set up — the lighting and music make it even better. The food was delicious and the cocktails were spot on. 10/10

Had so much fun playing here! The vibe was great, and the service was smooth. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. Definitely a fun spot to hang out and bowl!
