I had a really great experience working with Michael C., and his team. They really took the time to meet with me and get a feel for what I wanted. What really stood out was the service. They promptly answered my calls, texts, and emails. They allowed me to make revisions. They just exceeded my expectations, which in this day and age is hard to find. Good customer service is a dying art, but happy to say, it is alive and well at Strottner.

I had the opportunity to work with Michael & Patrick @ Strottner Designs over a period of several months at my pace , on a brand new web site and hosting for our Company . They took it from concept and planning layout to multiple renditions for review . They never wavered on their commitment to get it right and ensure I was 100% comfortable with each phase review. Their communications were always expeditious and helpful . I cannot recommend them more highly Rob.W
