He took the time to understand my idea and the meaning behind it and put great detail and care into helping me make the perfect design. Had an appointment at 10am on 08/10. Showed up 5 mins early. Waited for 20 mins no one showed. Called the number online dude was just wakin up. The level of unprofessionaliam is astounding.
