Liam was incredibly helpful throughout the lease-signing process for my summer housing in San Francisco. He was responsive, clear about every step, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Really appreciated how easy he made the process.

The leasing experience with Jessie was great. He is very professional, with a very good knowledge of the property and made me feel as part of the community since the 1st visit. The leasing process was easy and fast and Jessie supported me with any kind of issue. In general, a very pleasant experience.

Moving is always stressful, especially when you’re new to the city — but the warm welcome and tour from Talen made everything much easier. He was very responsive from the very beginning. The building itself is great: a small private room with shared spaces that have everything you need and are always kept clean. Talen took the time to show me around and made me feel much more comfortable during my stay. He also helps maintain a great atmosphere in the house, which I think is why many residents choose to stay longer.

Alex made the process of touring apartments and signing documents pretty easy. He helped me find a nice apartment in my price range. I rented a studio at B Street Apartments in Hayward. It was nicely appointed, updated kitchen and bathroom. Big windows. Maintenance request could be a little difficult to schedule but I had no problems getting things taken care of. Alex was especially easy to work with. The windows didn’t have screens, so that’s something to consider, and unfortunately that area of Hayward needs some attention from the city, but the apartment itself was great. I would rent it again.

I recently moved to San Francisco and I’m currently staying at the residence, managed by Structure Properties. It’s just a 13-minute walk from my campus, which is super convenient. Before arriving, I was in touch with Mr. Lee regarding the place. Like many people, I was a bit skeptical about whether the pictures would truly match the reality—especially in a city like San Francisco, where scams are unfortunately common. But the moment I saw the place in person, all my doubts turned into trust. What stood out the most to me was Mr. Lee's kindness and humility. As someone new to the city, I never expected to be welcomed with such genuine warmth. He not only ensured everything was in place before I arrived but also continued to support me in every small detail after I moved in. His attentiveness and hospitality are truly commendable. As for the place itself, what I saw in the pictures is exactly what I got. The room quality, washroom hygiene, and overall cleanliness are excellent. I’m really happy and satisfied with Structure Properties’ service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay in San Francisco.
