Got my septum and lip done as my first piercings. It's quite alot at one time but they made me feel comfortable. My piercer was George and the placement process was very meticulous and well done. For the actual piercing process itself, he tried to make it as painless as possible and gave me a heads up before every single one. Very good communication. I almost passed out due to the quantity of piercings I got but the staff gave me lots of care and allowed me to take my time in recovery. I felt no pressure at all. Such a welcoming environment and I'm so grateful I trusted them. Would absolutely return to them again for a future piercing.

During our trip to New York, my son and I simply walked in and asked if they had time to give us a small tattoo. We were immediately greeted with a very friendly welcome and helped. They spent plenty of time with us, and everything was done very hygienically. Highly recommended!

on my trip to ny me & my friends had randomly decided to get piercings & this place was in the area. the front desk lady was very nice & accommodating to us walking in . she made sure she understood what we wanted & was upfront with the pricing and aftercare instructions . the actual piercer was such a sweety and very friendly . he made sure to check our anatomy and was very clean , sterile & quick ! he even suggested some good spots to eat at that didn't disappoint . as for the shop as a whole , very clean ! a nice variety for piercing jewelry and even sell saline . they had some lollipops for being good too ! would recommend & go back again . * i got my staggered lobes pierced and a mid helix .

I came in recently to get my two nose studs down-sized. I called in to see if there were any walk-in times and I got really lucky and was able to find a good time in the day for both me and Studio 28. It was really easy for them to help me do my down-sizing. Overall, the two employees that were helping me out were very nice and welcoming. It was my first time stopping in! I heard about Studio 28 recently from a tattoo artist and this was a great recommendation. Chris was the employee that did the down-sizing for me. I 100% would come back for when I want to get a new piercing hopefully in the near future :) Clean place, cool vibes, great employees.
