I was determined to get the best cut at Studio Muse after having repeatedly rough experiences at other hair salons. This led me to abstaining from getting a haircut for two years! My hair was just getting way too heavy. I knew the given the price, this place was definitely going to be worth it, and the experience didn’t disappoint! My hairstylist, Gypsy, was a star! She gave me great advice on the right length of my bangs, and I’m so grateful to her for giving me my dream hair! Words can’t describe how much I love it. The service here was amazing, the head massage and great-smelling products used made the whole experience that much more lovely. For the rest of the day I received so many compliments from people about my hair. Big thank you to the team at Studio Muse for my new hair- I feel like me again :)

This is the first salon I felt like I didn’t need to explain much and got the result I was looking for. If you’re a brunette RUN to Laura! She’s amazing! Everything about her demeanour, efficiency and overall customer service was impeccable. Her staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was just relaxing. Highly recommend!

I’d been going to the same hairdresser for over a decade, so when they moved overseas it took me a while to trust someone new. I’ve now landed here — a beautiful studio, thoughtful hospitality — and the absolute dream girl of all dream girl stylists, Stephia. She made me feel instantly comfortable, understood the vibe straight away, and was also very transparent on how we would achieve my hair goals leading up to my wedding (with many shared giggles and stories along the way!) One visit was all it took to know I’d found my new hair home 🤍 Can’t wait to be back!

Extremely disappointing experience at Studio Muse. While my roots could not be completed due to a sudden scalp reaction (which I understand and accept), the colour on the lengths of my hair was done very poorly. There was no blending at all, leaving my hair looking patchy, uneven, and unfinished. For a salon that markets itself as premium and attracts an elite clientele, the lack of attention to detail and consistency in service quality was shocking. Once complications arose, the rest of the service felt rushed and careless rather than professional. Overall, the result does not reflect the standard promised by the salon’s branding or pricing. I would not return and would not recommend Studio Muse based on this experience.
