Studio Physique is amazing! I took a handful of classes about four years ago and loved it, but I found my way back in October—and I’m so glad I did. I hadn’t seen their new location yet, and Amy gave me the warmest welcome back along with a tour of the beautiful new space and upgraded equipment. She won Best in the Bay last year, and there’s absolutely no question why!!! Amanda and Sarah are incredible during class, always offering thoughtful modifications while I was pregnant and never once made me feel left out or like an inconvenience. As a fellow small business owner here in St. Pete, I genuinely recognize and appreciate their cleanliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Studio Physique team!

Chris and her team has truly changed my life. I found SP in January of 2025. I never would have thought Pilates studio could be so impactful. The instructors are truly the difference maker. They care tremendously and program great workouts every single time. They care about pushing you to be your best daily! I couldn’t recommend SP any more, it’s the BEST

I have been going to Studio Physique for a year now and I absolutely love their studio! It is truly a family that works out together, encourages each other, and positively pushes each other to get to the next level of our own personal fitness journeys. I am so thankful for the team here. I have muscles today (in my 40s) that I have never had- even in my 20s! Highly recommend this studio!

Studio Physique is truly one of a kind. I’ve been coming here for two years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt stronger or more confident! I saw results quickly, and every class continues to help me reach my fitness goals in ways I didn’t think were possible! The community is also so amazing! Everyone is so uplifting, encouraging, and genuinely welcoming!! I can take any instructor’s class and know I’m going to get an incredible workout every single time. You can feel the passion and knowledge they bring into every session 🫶🏻 And Chris, the owner, is absolutely phenomenal!!! She has created such a warm, supportive environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and right at home!!! Her kindness and energy set the tone for the whole studio! I’m so grateful I found Studio Physique. I also live in Tampa and make my way over to Saint Pete every time just to do a class!!! It is so worth it!!! I’ve been going to Lauren’s classes at Studio Physique and she is truly one of the best in St. Pete. I love her classes! I’ve tried so many studios over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. The vibe of the studio is awesome, the people are great, and I always feel welcomed the second I walk in. I also love how many different class times they offer — it makes it so easy to fit a workout into a busy schedule. Highly recommend!
