I've gone in here over the years because I really enjoy the eclectic selection of items and some of the more sarcastically toned gifts. But honestly, I can't take anymore of the rudeness I get when I go there. It's always the same older woman too. First, I don't appreciate being stalked every step I take in a store. I get it. You don't want people stealing. But following someone's every step is obnoxious. But, every time I've been in over the last year that's what you do. Two times ago when I went in you all were extremely rude about your rewards. When I gave you my information it pulled up my husband's name so you lectured me about not letting me earn rewards for my purchase because if we ever get divorced we'll have to drag you into the battle over who earned what points. One, that's absolutely one of the single most ridiculous statemrbts I've heard from a store. Two, you don't know my marriage. Keep your synasysm and negatively to yourself. You could have just said we don't allow account sharing but you decided to take it way too far. Then yesterday you were nasty to my child who was trying to pick out a gift. She not a young kid... She's old enough to shop in her own. She was being careful and respectful of your items while looking around. But you decided to make her feel awful like she was doing something wrong. This same girl by the way has bught all of my holiday gifts and mother's days gifts the last 2-3 years from your shop and now she never wants to go back because of how humiliated she felt. I put down what I was going to buy and left and I won't be back either. Enough is enough.

I was visiting family in Raleigh when we decided to stop into this store. The merchandise is adorable, and the worker seemed friendly. I felt as though she was following me through the store, and always watching anytime I picked something up. But I wrote it off as a caring employee. I finally found the cutest wine stopper with my initial on it, so I picked it up as I continued to browse. When I walked by her again, she stopped me and condescendingly asked me if I knew how much it cost. I would not have picked it up if I didn’t so of course I said yes 19.99, which honestly I was surprised it was that good of a deal. She then rudely said “oh” and gave me quite the look. She continued to watch me, so I then sat it down and decided against purchasing anything or looking at anything else in their store. This was one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had, especially while visiting Raleigh. Needless to say myself nor my family and friends will ever be returning to or giving our business to this store. It’s one thing to watch over your shop, and another to harass customers as they’re shopping. Very very very disappointed.
