We needed to replace old water heater and called Sturm. We received a quote on price and brand. Travis came the next day, explained what he planned for the small enclosed furnace and water heater room. He drained and removed the old heater. He is very nice and efficient , also covered his shoes whenever entering our home. The old water heater was hard to light because of where it was positioned, so Travis relocated the new water heater. When he was finished heater installation Travis showed us what he had done and explained settings and how to relight, if necessary. We would definitely call Sturm again.

We had our heat go out on Monday. A technician came out on Tuesday. He was very pleasant and let us know that it could be costly just to diagnose our old furnace. I was given a quote and appointed for Friday. They were in today and did the install. I couldn't be happier with service we received. They were very respectful and very careful, including putting a tarp on the stairs and covers on their shoes. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to have my boiler replaced. I was somewhat nervous about what that would entail and put it off until I couldn't . Winters coming... I did some shopping around and I am so glad I went with Sturm. They were so professional from the initial phone call to the end of the project. I was so impressed the with the Hvac team that worked in my house. They were on time, professionally dressed, and I had emails announcing their arrival with attached photos , I thought was a nice touch. The lead Hvac tech kept me informed on the progress and everyone on the team were very nice and I am sure were very good at their responsibilities. And I am so pleased with the results ! they were able to give life back to some old idle radiators that hadn't worked for years. The house is cosy , the thermostats make sense and it's quieter than before. They cleaned up and the old boiler was hauled away , and I was very comfortable with what it cost. Which of course was agreed upon before any work started. I can see why they have been in business for so many years. I made a good call going with them. They were nice , very professional and did an excellent job , I am very grateful.
