We’ve worked alongside Sub Zero Air Conditioning on multiple projects and they’ve been excellent to deal with from start to finish. Communication is clear, they turn up when they say they will and the standard of workmanship is spot on. Everything is done properly and professionally, which makes coordination on site easy. Reliable, knowledgeable and easy to work with I’d happily recommend them to clients and other contractors.

James and his team were absolutely brilliant with our domestic install. Communication was very prompt right from the start and a friendly service. James even did the site visit himself. The two men who completed the install were very friendly and knowledgeable. They double checked we were happy with everything before they did it and cleared away all the mess. Excellent from start to finish! After 3+ summers sweating in my converted garage home office I finally took the plunge into researching Air Conditioning solutions. I reached out to a few companies and placed a ‘Bark’ request to which James responded promptly. We discussed my needs and he promptly sent a quote with 3 Unit options…. I had about 4 quotes in total and Sub-Zero was by far the most competitive! After a site visit I bit the bullet and committed to getting the work completed by Sub-Zero and I have Zero regrets! From first contact (4th May) the job was done and dusted, installation completed by lunchtime 21st May (just in time for the rain! Lol)… The installers, David and Tom, were great. Arrived early, talked me through everything and left the area cleaner than they found it!!.. and took all the rubbish with them too and didn’t leave it for me to squeeze in my wheelie bin over a course of 6 weeks after the job (yes I have had this happen with other tradesmen!🙄)…. The unit I had is great too, loving the Mobile App to operate it remotely and looking forward to the winter when I can warm the room from bed before starting my days work! Also excited to feel its full potential cooling the space when we hit peak summer, I hope it’s a hot one!!… I would 100% recommend… Local company too, one of my main priorities when researching was to find a local company and keep my money in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Phenomenal service from initial quote to commissioning the system. I recently enquired with Sub-Zero regarding an Air to Air Heat Pump system for multiple rooms within my house. James promptly responded to the enquiry and proposed a system which was very similar to my calculations - many installers appeared to incorrectly oversize the system - at a reasonable price. James was flexible with our needs (styling, budget and positioning) and offered us the exact solution which was perfect for us. On the installation day, James' team turned up and quickly got to work. They repeatedly checked I was happy with the decisions being made, kept me informed and get on with the work. Sub Zero are the most professional tradesman I have ever met, from checking permission to walk on the netted grass, to keeping me up to date with where they were working and very considerate with minimising noise and disruption where possible. I am confident you won't meet a harder working team. We couldn't be happier with the service or end result from Sub-Zero and would highly recommend them looking for air conditioning or air to air heat pump work. Thank-you for the work.

Amazing and quick service. From enquiring to install, communication was great. All installed and completed in 6 days which I think is amazing. The two guys who installed the unit were very professional, respectful of my property and cleaned up completely. It was like as though they were never here. The unit is amazing and very quiet for use in the bedroom. A lot quieter than using a fan. I did think it would look bulky on the wall but I need not have worried as it looks like it's always been there. I would definitely recommend using Sub Zero. Just make an enquiry. You'll be glad you did.
