Asked for a quote on a straight forward squirrel removal and sealing of entry points. A company rep came to our house an spoke to me for 10minutes, quoting 2 different prices for the job. I asked him to provide me with a written quote, which I never received. After calling the office to inquire about the quote I had requested, I received a voicemail stating they didn't feel comfortable doing the work required to seal off the low-lying roof vents from re-entry by squirrels. So, Suburban Pest Control charged me $80 to talk to me for 10 minutes and then take a week to tell me they couldn't do the job (that is well within their company's website description). Absolute money grab with no service ever performed. Do not use this company!!

Had an unwelcome visit from a raccoon climbing on the house. The folks from Suburban responded to my questions quickly, checked my house for damage and helped me with a plan to resolve the issue! The also offered a service to treat the home to guard from other pests.
